2000 Aug 2 Guadalupe & Carlsbad Cavern
We took a 3-hours eastward drive across the desert to visit Carlsbad Caverns National Park, New Mexico Took a pit-stop at Guadalupe Mountains National Park, Texas Fortunately, didn't bump into any mountain lions (after we saw a signboard "Beware of Mountain Lions").
After a long drive, we crossed the Texas-New Mexico border and arrived at Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
A really beautiful cavern more than 180m deep ... natural air-conditioned from the inside (had to get Michele a t-shirt coz she was not attired for the cold).
