2000 Nov 12 New York Museums

New York🇺🇸 has many famous museums. Today, we shall be visiting these famous museums. First stop, Solomon R Guggenheim Museum (a.k.a. The Guggenheim) in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Solomon R Guggenheim Museum was founded by Frank Lloyd Wright, Solomon R Guggenheim and Peggy Guggenheim. The domed skylight that illuminates the museum's internal and exhibits, and the spiral ramp are the interesting key features of this museum.
Giogio Armani Exhibition
The Guggenheim @ 1071 Fifth Avenue on the East of 89th Street and the famous skylight dome.

Next stop, The Metropolitan Museum of Art of New York City, colloquially "The Met".
Lunch was great at The Dining Room in The Met.
Then, we were off to look at sarcophagus and mummies, and more sarcophagus and more mummies, Egyptian artifacts, etc. ...
Walking across Central Park from Upper West to Upper East Sides of Manhattan after The Met, this is Han Christian Andersen (one of my favorite childhood days' author ... okay, I don't really read a lot!) ...
Central Park - 5th Avenue and 59th Street - is one of New York's most beautiful cross roads ...
... The Plaza @ Central Park ...
... Bloomingdale ...
We ended off the day with a dinner with Kiyotaka Fukuzaki at The River Cafe in Brooklyn.
Located at 1 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201, The River Cafe has a captivating waterfront view of Manhattan, New York City from across the Brooklyn Bridge.
