Cruise Of A Lifetime

After our 3-days stay at Seward, our 7-Days Alaska Glacier Discovery Cruise (Southbound) began today.

Departing Seward, our cruise of a lifetime began as Holland America Line Volendam took us to College Fjord, Prince William Sound, Glacier Bay National Park, Haines, Juneau, Ketchikan, Inside Passage, and finally, Vancouver.

Although this was our third cruise this year, it was our first cruise with Holland America Line. We boarded Volendam early to have lunch and time to explore the ship. The decoration was classy, and there was even a HAL Club for the kids and a Sony Playstation Game Room! After “A ‘Dam’ Fun Evening” and a sumptuous dinner at the Rotterdam Dining Room, we retired early so that we could wake up early to view College Fjord.
